Open Doors Russian Scholarship 2025–2026

The Open Doors Russian Scholarship, organized by the Global Universities Association and supported by Russia’s Ministry of Science and Higher Education, offers fully funded scholarships (including tuition and monthly stipend) to international students at bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or postdoctoral levels. Winners gain early admission and financial support at leading Russian universities across multiple disciplines.

• Open to all international citizens (including stateless individuals)

• Bachelor’s track: completed secondary education

• Master’s track: bachelor’s or specialist degree

• PhD track: master’s or equivalent specialist degree

• Postdoctoral track: PhD or Doctor of Science by Sept 2025

• Full tuition waiver

• Monthly stipend (varies by university)

• Admission to top Russian universities without entrance exams

• Option for English- or Russian-taught programs
