University of Glasgow Sanctuary Scholarship 2026–2027

• Must hold a firm conditional or unconditional offer from the University of Glasgow for full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught study in the 2026–2027 academic year. • Must be a refugee, asylum seeker in the UK, or applicant with humanitarian protection, discretionary leave, or similar recognized protection status. • May include individuals under relevant UK resettlement schemes such as the Afghan citizens Resettlement Scheme, Afghan Relocations Assistance Policy, or other approved schemes. • Must meet the programme entry requirements including academic and language prerequisites.

• Full tuition fee coverage • Annual study cost award (e.g., £5,000 per year) • Accommodation support for the study period

• University admission offer letter • Proof of refugee/asylum/resettlement status • Academic transcripts and certificates • CV/Resume • English proficiency evidence (if required)

1. Apply and receive an offer of admission from the University of Glasgow for an eligible programme. 2. Confirm your protection/refugee/resettlement status documentation. 3. Complete the Sanctuary Scholarship application via the university’s scholarship portal. 4. Upload proof of status, academic records, and other required documents. 5. Submit the complete application before the deadline (30 April 2026).
